The newly built Villa Ventura (VEN) is a contemporary cocoon full of modern conveniences. The luxury rental property is very conveniently located in Lurin, near the crossroad between Saline and St. Jean, within easy striking distance of some of the island’s most beautiful places. Although its views are mostly of the green hills, you can perceive the sea in the distance. Villa Ventura is modern and airy, spacious, and full of soothing grays and oversize windows. A few ylang ylang trees in front of the house make the feeling on the terrace extra special. The house is fully air-conditioned, and the swimming pool is heated. All of the house is laid out on one level. In the center are a spacious living room room and a kitchen with an island that can also serve as a breakfast bar. The main dining table is outdoors, under the shade of a covered section of the terrace. The two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the living room, which enhances their privacy. Each one has an ensuite bathroom and television, and one of them opens to an internal courtyard that brings in more natural light and adds to the sense of connection with nature.
