The downstairs bedroom extends over a large deck and has direct access to the parking lot (three cars) All the rooms are air-conditioned, have a television and wifi relay and have their own bathrooms. The well-equipped, American-style kitchen is open to the 30-square-meter living room. Generously sized picture windows enlarge the interior space toward the expansive deck, the colorful bougainvillea, and the beauty of the landscape.
