Perfect for a honeymoon or romantic getaway, the newly built Mini Citron Vert (LCV) is a traditional St. Barth-style “case” house, which is fully cladded in wood. It is compact but charming and cozy.
Everything is very well organized, and the layout allows for a seamless vacation where you have all that you need but also feel cocooned in a beachside cabana. The all-white design scheme adds to the serenity. The house is walking distance from the beach of Toiny, which is great for surfing. Swimmable beaches are only a short drive away.
Mini Citron Vert also has its own infinity pool and a terrace beside it, which is perfect for relaxing in the sun or in the shade. The sunrise views are impeccable.
Although it is very private and works well as an individual rental, the house can also be rented along with the nearby villa Citron Vert (CVR) to create a compound with a total of four bedrooms.
