Jocapana is situated on the hillside of Lurin. This villa offers one of the most breathtaking views on the ocean and fantastic sunsets’ colours. You will enjoy the outside area with its long pool and covered terrace. Built on two levels, you will find on the upper one the master bedroom and on the lower one, the pool one, the air conditioned living, the kitchen and two bedroom with an access by the terrace. The three bedrooms open onto the sea. The master bedroom is very private with its own small kitchen. Jocapana is ideally located next to Gustavia, its restaurants, shops but also close to Gouverneur, Shell Beach and Saint Jean.
